Finished playing with Emma and Keith’s album design. The layouts are for a magazine-style 12″x12″ album. Emma’s bridesmaids had dark brown dresses, and the boys wore blue shirts with brown and blue polkadot ties so brown and blue became accent colours in this design. As Blakeney is a tourist spot and we photographed near the quayside there I made the title page look a bit like a postcard sent from a resort, with a postmark stamp in blue and the bride and groom’s names in antiqued brown font.

I am still fiddling with Emma and Keith’s album design but Carey and Nick’s draft is out for approval. These are some of the layouts for their 8″x12″ magazine-style album. The wedding venue was already rich with colours and textures so I tried to keep design elements to minimum.

Elaine and Andrea booked me to photograph their civil partnership ceremony in Newcastle upon Tyne this September. We met at the Monument one Sunday afternoon for their urban pre-wedding shoot.

The streets were nearly empty as the shops were closed so John only suffered a mild discomfort when he ended up carrying two girl’s bags around the city centre.

Many thanks to our clients and other photographers who congratulated me on my work published in the Style supplement of the Sunday Times a couple of weeks ago.
