Hi guys
We moved home and are currently experiencing problems with our broadband service. We decided to switch to Virgin cable from BT as Virgin promised a faster and more reliable internet connection. Unfortunately instead of waiting for 7-10 days as promised it’s been over two weeks. Telephone landline was fixed by an engineer yesterday (20 August), but broadband activation has been delayed (expected any time between yesterday and Tuesday).
Fingers crossed!
Meanwhile there is a delay in uploading print orders, proofbooks and album layouts to the lab and producing DVD slideshows (also online-based).
As soon as our internet is on I’ll send all my clients a newsletter with new address and telephone number, as well as amend my contact details on the website.
